Your new payment system is garbage. It's unclear. I just want to pay my rent and you should revert to the old payment system.... I hope you didn't pay some one, as I've had a terrible user experience and I'm unhappy with Ridgeview as a result.

We have lived here for 3 years now and enjoy the family oriented community of the complex. The office staff are courteous,... easy to approach with questions and always go out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. In case of emergency maintenance, they are quick to respond which also makes them stand out as a rental company. Only downside we have seen is the complex needs a fenced in playground built for the kids but understand that lack of a suitable space is what stops that from happening not their willingness. We love the contests and activities they plan and the random thoughtful gifts for residents from time to time like the gorgeous fushia plant they gave everyone this year!
